KURINJI CHILDREN HOME FOR TRIBAL GIRLS

Kurinji home was started on 26th Nov 2014 in a beautiful house with lake view in Jamunamarthur village for the tribal children, with the objective of providing accommodation, food, education to the tribal children hailing from the remotest parts of Jawadhu hills region. “Most of the children are parentless or victims of exploitation. They are considered first-generation learners — they are slow learners and take time to understand the concepts of mainstream education and teaching methods

Kurinji home is taken care of by a passionate Mother and a lovable Cook and managed by a highly committed Project Manager – affectionately called “Akka” (elder sister) by the children, which gives a family feeling
