OPEN SHELTER CUM RECEPTION HOME FOR GIRLS—TIRUPUR
The Inauguration ceremony was started on January 20, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Tirupur. The event was graced by the presence of District child protection officer, child welfare committee members, and child line director, the financial director from Tdh core and Project Director From LLT and Child Protection Officer from LLT and Open shelter staff. The Open Shelter aims at providing a safe and conducive environment for all children through the prevention and response to child abuse, exploitation, and neglect. Children are provided with residential facilities on short-term basis so that they can be protected from vulnerable conditions and abuse.
The Main Objectives of Open Shelter Cum Reception Home for Girls
1.Open Shelter is the restoration and protection of a child in need of care and protection.
2.Care and protection of the children coming to our open,
3.Counseling and guidance to the children,
4.Reintegration and rehabilitation of children to their families
5.Liaison with the child welfare committee and government department for the speedy completion of legal procedures
